German weekly WirtschaftsWoche had reported earlier on Tuesday that Acer had filed a go well with within the U.S. state of Virginia, alleging that Volkswagen had solely paid for licences for 2G and 3G patents, however had largely put in cell phone chips with 4G know-how prior to now two years.
