terminal – Can not ssh to distant host on Tunnelblick

I am questioning if there are any Tunnelblick customers that may recommend some troubleshooting steps.

I take advantage of Tunnelblick to connect with my college VPN so I can entry ssh servers. It normally works simply tremendous however sometimes with no warning I am unable to connect with the servers i.e ssh error:

ssh: Couldn't resolve hostname XX: nodename nor servname offered, or not recognized

There are by no means any errors within the Tunnelblick log so I am undecided what I can troubleshoot.
I can affirm that the host continues to be up since I can join by tunnelling my ssh connection by the division principal server which does not require VPN entry.

Any recommendation can be useful.
