In an announcement timed to coincide with its quarterly earnings report, Adobe reported through press launch it was going to purchase the web collaborative design software program firm Figma.
The deal, which is reportedly value $20 billion in money and inventory, will increase Adobe’s collaboration-focused choices because it seeks to seize market share within the distant/hybrid work period.
