The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is one among my favourite video games of all time, so I’m wanting ahead to its sequel. However regardless of Nintendo saying the sport at E3 2019, I don’t suppose we’ll get to play it till 2023.
At E3 2021, Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma mentioned that his crew is concentrating on a 2022 launch date. However he didn’t sound assured about that in any respect. And nowadays, even probably the most concrete launch dates usually get shoved again to present builders extra time to shine up their tasks. With that in thoughts, I’m totally anticipating that we gained’t get Breath of the Wild 2 till 2023.
And but if you happen to had been to ask me what my most anticipated recreation of the subsequent yr is, I’d nonetheless reply Breath of the Wild 2. As a result of what if Nintendo does get it out subsequent vacation? I imply, in any case, how lengthy can it presumably take? And Aonuma did say 2022, so perhaps which means it might come out even earlier. Who says I gained’t get to play the brand new Zelda in the summertime? Or what about March — oh, god. I’m doing it. I’m getting my hopes up.
Effectively, if that is the one means that 2022 disappoints me, I’ll name {that a} win.
