ios – Tips on how to disable mother or father ScrollView scrolling, whereas scrolling nested ScrollView?

I’ve a nested horizontal ScrollView inside a vertical ScrollView.

            ScrollView(.horizontal) {

Whereas scrolling the nested ScrollView the scrolling conduct will not be so easy, due to the mother or father ScrollView. Is it doable to disable scrolling of the mother or father ScrollView whereas scrolling the nested ScrollView?
