Lockheed Martin Stalker VXE UAS completes a world document 39-hour flight – sUAS Information – The Enterprise of Drones

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) Skunk Works^® demonstrated the expanded endurance capabilities of a specifically configured Lockheed Martin Stalker VXE unmanned aerial system (UAS) by means of a world document endurance flight on Feb. 18, 2022, on the Santa Margarita Ranch in California.

The flight establishes a brand new document within the Group 2 (5 to <25-kilogram) class with a flight time of 39 hours, 17 minutes and seven seconds. The flight has been submitted to the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), the world sanctioning physique for aviation information, by means of its U.S. affiliate, the Nationwide Aeronautic Affiliation, for certification.
